MLA International Bibliography  

Contains more than 2 million records for books and articles published on modern languages, literatures, folklore, and linguistics. The electronic version first appeared in the late 1970s, and for a long time only covered volumes from 1963 onwards; as of April 2006, the entire print run is included, from 1926 to the present.

OT CATS: Occupational Therapy Critically Appraised Topics  

Contains CATs and CAPs focussing on occupational therapy interventions. The earlier topics were completed by Australian occupational therapists participating in a year-long research project between 2002 and 2003. Completion of a CAT or CAP was the major assignment for the study, and resulted in the development of the website. Participants in that study identified a common clinical problem, wrote a focussed clinical question, conducted a search for the best available evidence, then appraised and summarised the evidence. Studies on the effectiveness of an intervention were sought. The aim was to locate current best evidence, such as systematic reviews and randomised controlled trials. However, in the absence of such research, lower level studies were found and appraised.

OT Search  

A bibliographic database covering the literature of occupational therapy and related subject areas. The full text of the indexed resources is not in this database, only the bibliographic information to identify the material and an author's abstract, when one exists. In the future, links to sources for full-text copies will be added to records in OT SEARCH. Currently, OT SEARCH contains over 41,900 records of materials dating from 1910 to the present.

ProQuest Black Newspapers

ProQuest Education Journals
